Our membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th. Board terms run 9 years with one seat turning over each membership year. Towards the end of each membership year, members in good standing are asked for nominations. Candidates whose membership is in good standing are added to the ballots, which are sent to all active member companies. After tallying the ballots, the new board member is seated at the annual meeting towards the end of July.
